东南亚常见墙地面问题及成因分析和解决方案
1.墙体发霉:在东南亚、印度、中东等地区,气候普遍高温多雨或湿度较大。墙体发霉的原因多样,从构造上看,高楼多为框架结构,墙体与梁柱结合处易出现裂缝,形成保温和防水薄弱点,导致渗水和透寒;施工方面,外墙砖镶贴不实、砖缝填充不饱满、外填充墙砌抹沙浆存在沙眼和缝隙、墙与梁柱结合处填充不密实、门窗安装时发泡填充不密实等,均会使墙体易受雨水和湿气侵入;环境因素上,南方夏季多雨、沿海地区空气湿润、北方冬季墙体凉爽而室内温度高,易产生结露,外墙保温不佳时,室内水蒸气在墙体结晶成水滴,致使墙体潮湿发霉;住户使用过程中,若不注意通风,室内湿度过大,湿润墙体易附着含营养成分的漂浮物,从而滋生霉菌;装饰方面,室内装饰材料含营养基,如大白内富含纤维素,其糖分在适宜温湿度下易发霉,未等墙体干透就进行装饰,或使用次品装饰材料,也会导致墙体发霉。
