Natural "Natural rock" Native rock has natural granite spots, obvious grain texture, unique construction technology, so that it has the concave and convex texture of natural stone, perfect solution to the whole floor seamless integration decoration.

The scraping construction method of "micro rock" is basically the same as that of the ground micro-cement, which has a relatively fine and uniform surface texture similar to micro-cement.

Higher hardness

FUFINI磐石施工说明：

 

1. 铺抗裂网与界面剂

    铺设玻璃纤维格布，界面剂加水20-30%滚涂一到两遍（瓷砖基面无需滚涂界面剂），以彻底防止基层开裂。

 

2. 基础底料施工

    通体防水微水泥基础底料BASE批刮两遍，厚度1-1.5mm。干燥时间4-8小时。    

3. 打磨粗磨

    使用震动打磨机配套60目砂纸，打磨吸尘。                       

 

4. 磐石主材调配调色

    FUFINI磐石套装严格按比例（A:B=10：1）搅拌均匀，然后加入固定比例的色浆继续充分搅拌均匀，注意：一般不建议加水，否则会影响产品的硬度和干燥速度。 

  （磐石主材一套为A组分10KG加B组分1KG，一套批刮一遍可以施工20平左右，每次根据施工人手和面积调配，一次不可调太多，搅拌均匀尽量在30分钟内使用完毕，时间久了会逐渐变粘稠变硬。  ）

 

5. 磐石主材施工

    批刮两到三遍磐石主材，多人配合施工，批刀批刮扇形短刀，把多余的材料收刮干净，并时刻保持批刀的干净，防止留下明显的刀痕。每一遍的干燥时间8-12小时。

（注意: 施工时建议温度大于15℃，相对湿度小于75%，下雨天不可以施工，施工场地需要通风良好，如果是洗手间等密闭空间建议加风扇和烘干加热设备）

 

6. 打磨精磨

    使用震动打磨机配套60目进口砂纸，打磨吸尘，然后再用120目进口砂纸，精细打磨吸尘，机器打磨不到的区域，可以使用手工打磨。                      

 

7. 三组分抗污耐磨保护套装滚涂第一遍。干燥时间 为12-24小时。

    保护面涂的配比严格按照A:C：B= 10：0.5：2，先把A组和C组充分搅拌均匀，然后再加入B组彻底搅拌均匀，冬季施工时需要把B组分用温水升温再添加。           

 

8. 打磨精磨

    手工打磨，砂纸架装800目左右的砂纸，轻柔整体打磨，得到手工细腻无明显颗粒的表面，增加平整度和抗污性能。

 

9. 三组分抗污耐磨保护套装滚涂第二遍。          

     调配搅拌方法和第一遍保护套装一样。   

     施工完成，场地封闭72小时以上禁止踩踏和覆盖物品。
